And also be consistent in what you tell your husband - when your explanations keep changing about a particular happening, your husband will begin to distrust you.

Ask him about how his day was and tell him yours too. If there is anything bothering you, have an honest talk with him. And this will encourage him to do same. By doing so this will strengthen the relationship and your marriage.

2. Keep your home neat: 

Ensure your home is neat and well organized. When your husband gets back from work and meets the home neat, this healthy environment will uplift his spirit and moods.  Though, the chores at home can be stressful but try to do them. This will make him dependent on you and will surely miss you when you are not around.

In the world today, with alot of  issues going on around us, everyone is liable to be susceptible to being enslaved by one's emotions.

What do I mean by being emotionally enslaved? when one reacts to a situations in a negative manner without thinking about the effect of one's actions, it means your emotion has become your master, thus this is termed as emotional enslavement.

By having the opportunity to work with different groups of people and studied every individual I have met with,

It has become clear to me that the major problem that causes frictions in our society today is the inability of every individual to control their emotions.

So I am deeply concerned about this, so I  decided to discuss what can be done as individuals to overcome this challenge below.

We need to first know the kind of people who are liable to have issues controlling their emotions. They are those who are hot tempered, those who are too jealous, those whose childhoods were deprived of parental love or supports and those whose hearts were broken in their previous relationships to list a few.

It is possible for everyone to have gone through one of the aforementioned emotional challenges and yet be doing fine in the society without any emotional issues. all what we need learn are discussed below;

If one is a type who is hot tempered, to overcome this anger and aggression, one needs to choose being EMPHATIC AND UNDERSTANDING.

If  you show empathy to all the people around you or that cross your line by trying to see situations from their own perspectives too, that will enable you to understand them and unknowingly you will be able to suppress your anger.

If you are a type who is always jealous when you see someone who has what you don't have, you will need to value and be contented with what have.

Surprisingly, you will see that you will Live an enviable and a peaceful life.

For those whose childhoods were deprived of parental love, well this is said to be a critical issue, but it can be worked upon.  People do say, "you can't give what you don't have" . That means , if you were deprived  of love in your childhood , its possible that you won't be able to show unconditional caring and love to people.

But can't one borrow what one doesn't have? yes, all you need do is to imagine that you  had a lovely childhood and all the parental love a normal child should have.
Doing this will enable you to show love unconsciously to people. Thereby you will even forget about your childhood's experience.

For those whose hearts were broken in their past relationships, these people tend to believe that everyone they will later be with in life is like their ex - friend.

So they are always prone to be defensive or unconsciously aggressive by trying to visit the pain inflicted on them in their previous relationships on their new partners. And this will surely cause problems in the relationship.  So if one is in this situation , one should learn how to forget the past and move on with one's life. And try to stop thinking that all people are the same, that they will always do bad to you.

In life things don't always go well, and we are liable to be dejected during these periods.

Many people have given up or some even committed suicide when lives appear so difficult and seem insurmountable.

But no problem is too difficult to solve, we just need to be patient, if we encounter any life challenges and we

have exhausted all possibilities within our reach, yet they seem unsolvable, then let us allow time do it magical work. Without our inputs, the problem will solve itself.

With being patient in life's challenges one will worry less and be happy too.

Let us learn how to learn, many people think that being a graduate will solve their life's problems, and they stop to be inquisitive to know what is happening around them, the available opportunities to exploit.

If one relies on someone, probably a family member or government, for the solution to one's life issues. The bitter truth is that, nobody will assist anybody , one needs to face it alone, because, everyone is looking out for themselves.

Let's wasting our time gossiping about people, let us invest this time on the  betterment of our lives ,  do we need to learn something? Then let's do it.

Let's stop waiting our precious time contributing to meaningless discussions that will add nothing meaningful to our lives.
Let's have a goal, what we intend to achieve in a year or so and have a plan to achieve it.

Let's stop procrastinating , once we have our plans and the steps to

achieve them, then immediately, let's start executing those plans, let's live  our lives as if today will be our last.

And one should be good to people. And wish well and pray for those who have made it, so that one too can make it.
One shouldn't be an enemy of progress. Because of the law of karma, one will surely reap what one sows.

Lets be happy and friendly with people, let's treat them well, by doing so, one will in turn be happy and one's life will turn out good.

Lastly, let's be the master of our emotions. We shouldn't allow our sense of reasoning be hijacked by our emotions.  When one is going through some challenges and moody, that doesn't mean people around you should not be happy too.

People we hurt today out of our inability to control our emotions will not forget it tomorrow.
So, let's be prayerful too and everything will be OK. Now let's go to world and do good.

AN ATTACK ON CHIEF DR DELE MOMODU

Chief Dr Dele Momodu, a presidential candidate(2011) and chairman of Oviation Media Group, found himself   attacked, by one Tobi Daniel Joseph, a journalist, on his Instagram page.

This happened on Sunday, September 2, after Dr Momodu posted a picture of formal US presidents and with a caption that they looked peaceful and relaxed.  That it confirms the level of their tolerance in the US and regrettably in Nigeria we lack that.

Afterwards the journalist commented on the post attacking Dr Dele Momodu of no longer being  a credible journalist for interviewing the senate president Bukola Saraki.

To that comment Dr Dele Momodu also replied.
