This blog is set up to point out the major problems of mankind and how they can be resolved to enable a peaceful coexistence and proper development in the society.

NO PAY NO GAIN IS WHAT LIFE SAYS.

Life is difficult. It comprises of a series of problems.
This is one of the greatest truths of life. Surprisingly, many do not know. And that we must acknowledge.

When we fail to see this, we always try to avoid problems when they arise or try to ignore them, thinking the problems will go away themselves.
THE IMPORTANCE OF MASTERING THE ACT OF SILENCE

But when we believe and accept that life is difficult itself then it will no longer be difficult. Because, its difficulties will no longer matter. This enables us to prepare our minds against these difficulties. Thereby it grants us the enablement to transcend them.

So when problems come our ways we will be ready to face them, when we face them and feel the pains that come with them, it strengthens us mentally and also spiritually.

But the desire to ignore or avoid these problems because of the pains that come with them is the basis of human mental illness.
READ WHY WE SHOULD HAVE A SECOND THOUGHT ABOUT RELIGIONS IN AFRICA HERE

Many try to deaden themselves to the pains  by taking drugs or try to shift the blames on someone or the society as though life shouldn't have any challenges, but to be always easy.

But life is not easy, it can't be and it shouldn't  be. Because that is what makes it challenging and interesting.

No pain no gain they say. Absorb the pains to enjoy the benefits.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MASTERING THE ACT OF SILENCE

Do you know that human beings are endowed from the beginning of time with one major quality which if properly used can be a solution to many of our daily problems in life? Which is silence: The ability to remain silent in some seeming uncontrollable situations.

As simple or common this might sound, those who failed to recognize its magical power are currently in their early graves, hospitals, prisons or having broken homes.

In this post I will quickly describe some situations where there is a need for one to remain silent which can prevent one from making so costly a mistake.

1. An unfortunate encounter with someone who is having a bad time:
I believe this scenario is often common at work or at social gatherings when someone with whom you often play can easily pick an offence from any little thing you say. And to prevent the situation from degenerating to a regrettable end, it is better for one to resort to being silent and calmly walk way.
CHECK HERE: WHY WE NEED TO HAVE A SECOND THOUGHT ABOUT RELIGIONS IN AFRICA.
2. Discussions turning to arguments:
Often time, during discussions with loved ones, light discussions can turn to heated arguments. One must not be carried away when this effectually happens. Because argument always creates unnecessary hatred. It is always seen as a competition of egos by the parts involved. people are left emotionally hurt at the end. So when a discussion is turning to a heated argument one person should be silent and calmly claim to agree with the other person for peace to reign.

3. When an audience is not credited during a discussion:
Have you ever found yourself in a casual group of discussion where different views are raised by everyone on a particular topic of discourse and an audience or the necessary acknowledgement is not created for you to add your own views. In this situation you might feel disgruntled and dejected. This always happens when everyone wants his voice to be heard which always results to a lack of decorum and unnecessary quarrels within the group. So in this situation, one needs to know how to be silent and calmly walk away.
STOP WORRYING ABOUT BEAUTY HERE IS THE SECRET
Conclusively, there are a lot of situations in which this quality - the ability to know when to be silent in our daily encounter with people in life, needs to be applied. And the ability to know when to apply it makes one the master of the act. Being a master of this act will prevent one from always having emotional troubles and a lot of preventable mishaps from befalling on us.

DO NOT WORRY! EVERYTHING WILL SOON BE ALRIGHT.

There is always a time in one's life when every path will seem blocked or uncertain. Because you have exhausted all the possibilities, yet the expected result is not forthcoming. And you feel embroiled in sadness. So the question you ask yourself at this point in time is "what is the next thing to do". Well, Do not worry! Everything will soon be alright.

Whatever you are looking for in life which seems unachievable or whatever your challenge might be which seems insurmountable, do not worry! Everything will soon be alright.

You might be sad because you are lagging behind in achievements, Since you have tried every means and all your calories seem depleted. So you do not know what to do next. Though its normal for you to feel sad because that is how human beings are all wired to feel in such situations. It is said that tough time never last but tough people do. So do not worry! Everything will soon be alright.

But the truth is every event is destined to happen at a particular time in life. And every challenge you encounter in life is to train you for the greater good. If your efforts all seem fruitless, do no worry! Everything will soon be alright.

Wait for your time. When it is your time, everything will appear magical, because its manifestation will be incomprehensible. All what you have been struggling to achieve will come to you with ease, without any effort at all. So do no worry! Everything will soon be alright.

WHY WE NEED TO HAVE A SECOND THOUGHT ABOUT RELIGIONS IN AFRICA.

It is very imperative that we bring our attentions to the major cause of problems that have bedeviled Nigeria as a country or even Africa in general. Obviously we can all see the implications of religions in our society today, but oftentimes we are not brave enough to call a spade a spade. And if we agree that there is a problem but we are shying away from identifying the cause of the problem, that means we are not ready to find a last solution to the problem. To this reason I decide to discuss the problems religions have brought to Nigeria, especially the whole Africa.

Let me quickly define religion as the belief and worship of a superhuman who posses a power or powers to control man's destiny. So the religious adherents act and live their lives in accordance to the rules and laws written in the religious books such as Koran and Bible.

There are thousands of religions in the world, but the most practiced ones especially in Nigeria are Christianity, Islam and the traditional religions. So after the arrival of the abrahamic religions in Nigeria, the following problems can not separated from their impacts in the country.

DOES THE EFFECT OF SLAVERY IN AFRICA STILL AFFECT OUR ORIENTATION?

1. The major purpose of a religion is to create unity and peace, but in reality the reverse is the case. It has caused a lot of divisions in the society: Because every sect always claims that its religion is the accepted one before God, thereby causing problems among them ; The children of one sect are not allowed to marry the children of the other; An as a Muslim getting a job at a Christian owned company is hard and vise versa. So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

2. Religion instills fear in its adherents. Because their sermons are often used to threaten or sound a note of warnings to the adherents: That to avoid a curse or damnation, the ways of their lives must be in conformity with some certain principles or guidelines; That they will go to hell if they violate any of the laws; That they will be poor if they don't pay their offerings. So this timidity always limits their freewill to take a certain action their own without any consultation to a religious leader who will happily use that avenue to his own advantage. So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

3. Added to the above, a lot of religious racketeers, so-called men of God, use this religion as a means to dupe people, especially the poor ones, of their hard earned money by promising them rewards, some will say they will marry "seven virgins", in heaven while they are enjoying their lives right here on earth. Amazingly there is always a chapter of the books they will quote to support their dubious actions. So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

CAN NIGERIA RECOVER HER LOST VALUES? CHECT ABOUT IT HERE.

4. In Addition, many political leaders or government use religion as tool to champion their cause by inciting the populace against one other with the use of this slogan " we versus them". So they use religion to cause troubles in the society that always lead to loss of lives and properties.
The practical examples of this in Nigeria are the Boko Haram insurgency issue that Nigeria is currently battling with and the recent crisis in Kaduna state that led to loss of many lives.

5. Religion creates discrimination against women. Even though almost 90 per cent of many religious gatherings are women and they contribute the most to the offertories in those religious gatherings, yet there are certain positions they are not allowed to occupy.  So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

6. Religion causes laziness, many of these religious leaders remain solely on the tithes and offerings from their members. They never deem it fit to have their own personal businesses. And they will cunningly schedule their services on the days of week and thereby preventing the members from spending the required time to make maximum sales and profits from their businesses. It's logical, the more time you spend on your business, the higher the sales and the gains will be.  So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

7. Religion causes carelessness among its members. That reminds me of a story my mother told me someimes ago. My mother was away when I was a child for several days. I was only home with my Dad. So during this period I got sick instead for him to take me to hospital, he didn't. Because his church doctrine forbade him to use medication but only water. So he kept praying over me and bathing me with water until my mother came around. She could not take it when she saw my condition and quickly rushed me to hospital. It's discovered I needed blood and which was given to me. Had she not come home on time I would not be here to write this post today.
So a lot of children have lost their lives through this means.  So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

IS ATIKU MORE QUALIFIED TO RULE THE COUNTRY? CHECK MY VIEW HERE.

8. Religion breaks homes and causes murders. Many adherents have received prophecies from their religious leaders that their wives or fathers are behind their problems which have resulted to the adherents maiming or killing their loved ones.  So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

9. Finally, religion doesn't encourage critical thinking which has caused Nigeria, or Africa in general, to lag behinds in technology. Because when we will face a challenge instead of looking for away to prevent the challenge from reoccurring and thinking of a way to make our lives better we, attribute it to destiny and the will of God.  So we need to have a second thought religion in Africa.

So if we can stand to face the reality that religion has caused more harm than good in your society I believe that will be a step toward finding a lasting solution to the current crisis and the under development problems we find ourselves in Nigeria or in Africa as a whole.

Note: I do not write this to condemn any religion, because I also do believe in the existence of God. But I only write this as a wake up call to reality. Which will serve as a bold step in making our country a better place.

THE STEPS TO POVERTY THAT MANY PEOPLE UNKNOWINGLY TAKE.

Many people continue to remain poor because they trend on the path of poverty. I believe it is everyone's dream to find a lasting solution to poverty.
But many fail to identify some certain steps, that when taking it is a direct path to poverty. So for those who want to get rid of poverty in life, these steps are to be recognized and worked upon.

Having only one major way of income:
To remain poor for life is to rely on one major way of making money. Many people depend only on their monthly salaries without taking any steps to get any additional means of generating incomes. No matter how well paid you are at end of the month, depending solely on the salary means  you are trending on a  path of poverty.

STOP WORRYING ABOUT BEAUTY, HERE IS THE SECRET. READ ABOUT IT HERE

 Exhausting your earnings:
Once you have chosen "spend it all" as your slogan, you should know that you have signed a contract with poverty. Some people find it hard to save from their earnings. They never consider savings important. So if you always finish your salary without saving part of it for investments and as something to fall back to in a financial crisis, you are trending on a path of poverty.

Believing that getting rich is magical:
When you believe that getting rich requires some magic. That getting rich always requires illegit means. This belief won't enable you to focus on the legit means to make money. So when you have this mindset about getting rich, you are trending on the path of poverty.

Not investing in yourself:
To succeed in a particular field or an enterprise requires learning the technical know-how of that field or the enterprise as the case maybe. And many people always fail to invest on themselves to learn the skills required towards becoming experts in their various fields of choice. So when you fail to invest on yourself, to succeed in that field will be very hard and you will never keep pace with your contemporaries. And this will result to a trend on the path of poverty.
CHECK THE QUALITIES OF A GOOD HUSBAND HERE.

Piling up debts:
When you get a loan always use it for investments. And the loans must be serviced as and when due. In a case where you have accumulated debts you should clear them all. Because doing so will speak well of your integrity.

Failure to create budgets:
Once you fail to create budgets and work towards achieving them. that is a trend on a path of poverty.

Failure to take risks:
If you can't recognize an opportunity when you see one. And when you often scared to take a calculated risk, you are trending on a path of poverty.

Be Indecisive:
Lastly,  when you are indecisive about taking a cogent decision on achieving your plans or when taking calculated risks , it will pose a problem for you on your path to a financial victory.

So if the steps to financial problems discussed above can be acknowledged and worked on, I believe poverty will surely go into extinction in everyone's life.

STOP WORRYING ABOUT BEAUTY. HERE IS THE SECRET.

I have seen a lot of ladies who always feel inferior in the midst of their friends, because they see themselves ugly while their friends beautiful. Thereby it makes them to think that they are no match with their peers which brings about this inferiority complex in them. So, today I decide  to write about this to address this issue.
Do you know Confidence bring beauty?
On a pathway to beauty is confidence. And to be confident you should consider the following steps -
Being comfortable with yourself:
To be comfortable with yourself you need to give a full consideration to what you put on. This does not necessary mean putting on something expensive. It means wearing something you are comfortable in.  And being comfortable in your wears means you are happy wearing them. Because when you are happy with yourself it builds confidence in you. Which is what you need.

Giving a great consideration to neatness :
I would have omitted this point because it sounds laughable asking anyone to be neat. But truth be told , it is not everyone that considers neatness as that important. One will be amazed when one sees sometimes how dirty the undies a lady is putting on are. When ladies should always be in the forefront for the advocacy of this quality. So no matter how simple your wears are, ensure they are neat.

IS ATIKU MORE QUALIFIED TO RULE NIGERIA? READ ABOUT IT HERE.
self-appreciation:
You need to appreciate youself by seeing yourself  beautiful, happy, intelligent and enviable. So you should see yourself the way you want people to see you. You should know that before anyone will like you, you neet to like yourself. If you don't like yourself nobody will like you. Stop seeing yourself ugly. People see you the way you see yourself.

Never pay attention to the bad comments some people might make against you:
Some people will never be happy seeing you happy. So they tend to say bad things about you in a bid to bring you down, to create fear in you, to see yourself inferior to them. The logic is that when you feel down you create the room for them to feel superior. Which is their main objective. So never give ear to any negative comments about you.

Though there are a lot books written about how to be confident, but the most important thing is that when you like and appreciate yourself it will strike out inferiority complex in you.
               Nobody is ugly!
Beauty is from the mind. No one is ugly. It is your thinking that sends a clear signal out on how you want to be seen and treated by people.

So the bottom line is that to be beautiful out there, you need to have confidence in yourself . Having confidence in yourself makes you think beautifully about yourself. In return beauty will be generated in you, you will feel beauty and reflect beauty to the outside world.

IS ATIKU ABUBAKAR MORE QUALIFIED TO RULE THIS COUNTRY?

Who is the better candidate to vote for in the 2019 presidential election in this country between the flagbearer of Action Progress Congress, president Muhamed Buhari and the formal vice president, Atiku Abubakar presidential candidate of People Democratic Party.
CAN NIGERIA RECOVER HER LOST VALUES? READ ABOUT IT HERE

In this article I will limit my analysis on these two candidates since they represent the two strongest political parties in the country.
The image shows president Buhari and the formal vice president Atiku

Is the President Muhamed Buhari qualified to rule the country for another four years?

To rule a country effectively requires more than having the discipline to fight against corruption , and fighting corruption requires more than having a military background. Though the major problem of this country is corruption. But to be a president that will have meaningful impacts in a country requires the ability to identify the right from the left, and having the supreme qualities of leadership such as honesty and integrity, fairness and justice to all, the ability to listen to the cries of the masses and having a strong vision for the country's future and many more.

DOES THE EFFECT OF SLAVERY IN AFRICA STILL AFFECT OUR ORIENTATION

President Muhamed Buhari is known for his no nonsense approach to corruption since his military regime in 1984. But in a multicultural society like Nigeria, won't it be ruinous to the development of the country if we continue to have someone who harbors sentiments against the other regions in the parts of the country? Since it is well known that sentiments bread unfairness  in the society . And president Buhari is said to be sentimental in his dispensation of his responsibilities  as the president of the country.

And his unfairness and injustice has created the worst divisions in the history of the country.
This has resulted to separatist agitations for the Republic of Biafra, Niger Delta and Oduduwa Republic
The image of the separatists agitating for the Republic of Biafra

So, considering his unfair treatments in his adminstration and his poor economical performance in his last three years as the president of the country, it can't be termed incorrrect to conclude that president Buhari is not fit or is not competent enough to rule this country.

But, is the formal vice president, Atiku Abubakar, the right choice?

It is a fact that Nigeria has become a country where corruption is celebrated - Pastors hail, pray and provide special seats for the members who donate more money to the church without giving a consideration to the sources of the money. Even people rally round and praise those who get their wealth through immoral means - being yahoo yahoo, or politicians that embezzle Nigeria money, once they spray the money around they are called philanthropists.

But, is the above reason sufficient to make a man whose record is full of corruption  to be the number one citizen of the country?

Atiku Abubakar has been alleged several times of corruption since the days he created his NICOTES/Intels. Then he was accused of money laundering. And also his involvement in a purported bribe associated with the award of a broadband contract to a US-based enterprise, iGate Incorporated with an indictment of a Louisiana representative William J. Jefferson in 2005. Which resulted to his inability to travel to the US in the past 10 years.

Since the type of a leader a group or society has sends unwritten messages about the group or the society itself to the general public. Though Atiku Abubakar has the necessary educational background and experiences to be a president.  Is it wise to have someone who has been labelled with the immoral means of accumulating wealth the number one citizen of a whole country?

The choice of whom to vote for now is left to every individual - Is it the one who is alleged of bigotry that creates more divisions in the country or the one with integrity issue that will later affect the integrity of the country as a whole or the new parties candidates?

OSUN STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION- THE CONFIRMATION OF A BITTER TRUTH.

HERE IS WHAT NO ONE TELLS LADIES ON THE NEED TO RECHECK A MISCONCEPTION..

DOES THE EFFECT OF SLAVERY IN AFRICA STILL AFFECT OUR ORIENTATION?

It is not gainsaying that the political system in Lagos state has totally become autocratic where the reigns of the state have been handed over to one man, supported by an army of untrained politicians whose only foothold in politics is dependent on the same man and, the support of the unguided poor masses for a token  given to them by this same man.
CHECK OSUN STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION - THE CONFIRMATION OF A BITTER TRUTH.
When one overhears the members of the ruling party, APC, expressing their grievances on how a man is deciding the fate of the state by imposing every governorship aspirant in the party on them, one will only try to find out if there is no available platform for them to offer their contributions  towards the decision making in the party?"

In 2014 during APC primary election, Ambode was the Tinubu anointed candidate over other aspirants in the party. But a primary was held, where the members were given the opportunity to choose their favorite candidates, but Ambode effectually became the party flag bearer in the governorship race. Surprisingly there was hue and cry after the election that Ambode was imposed on the party, who later became the the governor of the state?
But, how did Ambode win the primary since only Tinubu' s vote can't make him win the election?
CAN NIGERIA RECOVER HER LOST VALUE?

In a saint society it would be expected that the party members learn how to speak with a voice to decide the fate of the party in the next primary election , but it's pathetic to discover that no lesson was learned and no action was taken to prevent a reoccurrence of such.

Expectedly there has been a disagreement between the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and the governor Ambode over his second term ambition. Governor Ambode was asked to forget his second term ambition as the Lagos state governor by Asiwaju Bola Tinubu because he has deviated from the guidelines of the National Leader and of his refusal to follow the blueprint of the state development.

But this statement can be alluded to the governor's refusal to channel the Lagos state generated revenue to the Asiwaju's coffer for his own political use.
On the 2nd of October, APC primary election was held where the two contestants aspiring to be the party's flag bearer in the state governorship election were Akinwunmi Ambode, the Lagos state governor, and Sanwo Olu, the anointed  candidate of the APC National leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

To cut the long story short, Sanwo Olu was declared the winner of the APC primary election after every APC member was paid 15000 naira to vote for "the anointed one" and prevented those who refused to take the money to vote for Akinwunmi Ambode on Tuesday.
Check the video of the of the election where it was said that nobody would be allowed to vote for Ambode
And despite the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party declared the election null and void, APC insisted that the election was valid.

Governor Ambode later released a statement on the 3rd of October, to accept the defeat and congratulate the winner of the election, Sanwo Olu.
The video clip where the winner of the election was announced

But I think the way Africans act or think can be attributed to the effects of slavery in the continent where they were conditioned to think and act in accordance to instructions or orders.
If this horrible orientation is not changed Nigeria will never moved forward.

But will Nigerians orientation ever change?

OSUN STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION - THE CONFIRMATION OF A BITTER TRUTH.

It is high time Nigerians accepted the fact that our politians are always after the fulfilment of  their own selfish interests irrespective of the political parties they are.
VOTERS  CASTING THEIR VOTES

This is evident from the recent concluded governorship election in Osun state Nigeria.

On the 22nd of September Osun state winessed an election that was full of dramas and the unbelievables and from which we must not fail to recognise the take-home messages - Nigerian votes never count and thereby never decide who occupies any political office in the country.
VOTERS AT A POLLING UNIT
CAN NIGERIANS RECOVER HER LOST VALUES?
For clarity sake I will like to list the the candidates that were vying for the governship position in that state who were Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola who contested on the platform All Progressive Congress (APC) , Alhaji Moshood Adeoti (Action Democratict Party), Senator Ademola Adeleke ( People Democratic Party), Senator Iyiola Omisore (Social Democratic Party), Olapade Okunola (The Accord Party ), Prof. Ife Adewumi (The Providence Peoples’ Congress) and many more. But the election in reality was actually between the ruling party APC and PDP.

It came as a shock to every lover of democracy when the election was declared inconclusive by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which ordered a re-run of the election to hold on the 27th of September in seven poling units due to cancellation of their votes over hijacking of materials by thugs in those areas.
Ademola Adeleke
But where the PDP candidate, Adeleke, should have been declared the winner of the election for leading APC  with 353 votes - He had 254,698 while APC had 254,345 votes.

The pretext that was later given by the INEC was that the number of cancelled votes in those polling unites was 3498 and which  was more than the number of votes Senator Ademola Adeleke led with. But if APC had led PDP with that number of votes, I believe the election wouldn't have been declared inconclusive.

The declaring of the election inconclusive is not the major concern here but the agreement of Iyiola Omisore of Social Democratic Party (SDP) to support the ruling party, APC, in the rerun election after he has previously condemned the party  during his campaigns for the election. This is one of his statements and I quote, " the present government is not sincere. Our people are impoverished, but the state government is giving jobs to plumbers, masons and other artisans from Lagos".
CHECK HOW TO CONCUR THE WORLD CHALLENGES HERE

This Omisore's act sends an unequivocal message to the general public that our politicians are not a group of men of principles.
IYIOLA OMISORE
They are a group of selfish people who do not have the best interests of masses at heart. They only support any political group that protects their selfish interests. And yet ignorantly many Nigerians still rally around and support them on this mission.
READ THE QUALITIES OF A GOOD HUSBAND HERE
On the 27 of September when the rerun election was held, with the support of Omisore after his terms and conditions were accepted by the APC and the preventions of voters to cast their votes for PDP by APC tugs, APC finally had the highest votes and was declared the winner of the election.

This clearly shows us an insight into what 2019 presidential election will look like. It obvious that our votes do not count and our voices can not be heard, we need to sit down and devise another means to snatch our country from these political pests before they finish devouring the fibre of this nation and  leave nothing for our posterity.

WHAT NO ONE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT NNU.NG IS FINALLY REVEALED.

It is a pity that Nigerian youths are always susceptible to online swindlers despite the horrible experience many Nigerians had from the recent ponzi scheme called MMM in Nigeria.

The level of unemployment in Nigeria has now caused many Nigerians to choose " eat or be eaten" as their watchword. Where a group of individuals survive at the expense of the gullible ones.
This watchword is what a mr Paul Samson  has used to his favour by fleecing Nigerian youths of their hard earnings with a fake promise that they will get monthly earnings in return through a platform, known as nnu.ng.

This Mr Paul is said to be the owner of Paul Samson.coming's blog , the founder of G-Cyber Technologies®BN 2453653 and also another referral based network where he also carries out this extortion of Nigerians, known as coolnaira.com.

To prevent more Nigerians from falling victims to this man, I will break down the hidden cunning technique this nnu.ng platform uses to swindle its participants.
READ HOW TO ACHIEVE YOUR AMBITION HERE
The platform asks every new participant to pay 1600 naira as a membership fee to enjoy the platform benefits, which are termed NIP ( NNU Income Program) and NARs (NNU Ads  revenue sharing)

The NARs earnings is based on your activities on the platform; your daily visit to the site, your comments on the site posts and sharing of the posts to create more awareness to other gullible prospective victims.
CAN NIGERIA RECOVER HER LOST VALUES ?
And NAP is the commission you get for referring new members to the platform, which is 1000 Naira per a referral, called referral earnings. And it is said that referring new members is not compulsory, that means without having referral earnings you will still get paid at end of the month.

READ THE QUALITIES OF GOOD HUSBAND HERE:
What the participants do not know are:
nnu.ng is a site that needs traffic everyday, in another word, visitors to the site to survive, that will enable the platform to get online adverts companies to place their adverts on the site for the platform to generate revenues.
And the 1600 naira they get from every new participants also go to the pockets of the platform.
With the above means, the platform makes a lot of money.

But this is how the platform extorts its participants.

They will tell the new participants that its not mandatory to have referral earnings before they can get paid between 27 to 30 of the month as long as they have up to 5000 naira in their account (NARs) which contradicts their payments policy.

The payment policy goes thus; '' When you make a withdrawal request, your profile and activities will be checked, if you are not eligible, you will get a reply before or during the next payout starting from 27th of the month including the reason why you may not get paid yet." And "eligible withdrawals starting from referral earners will get paid first from the month revenue as usual. If revenue is enough, the remnant will be shared with other withdrawals without referral earnings.''

" But, once the available revenue is finally exhausted, pending earning will be carried over to the following month revenue payout. If you did not get paid while you have earned N5,000 threshold, it doesn’t mean you wont get paid while the system keep running."

These are points that the participants fail to ponder on:
1. what will make one not to be eligible after they have performed the required activities expected of them

2 They will always pay the participants with the highest referral earnings first and if the revenue generated gets exhausted, the participants without referral earnings' payments will be carried over to the next month. And the same process will still continue to take place every month.
So its possible that participants without referral earning will not be paid at all, despite the effort, time , data and money they have spent on the program, since the policy says as long as the system keeps runnig'' the participant without earnings will be paid, it means that if the system stops running they will not get paid.
READ THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RICH AND THE POOR HERE
With this unholy policy, those who struggle to have more than 2 referrals earnings even up to 15 referrals earnings still complain of not being paid.
They only pay a little fractions out of those who request for withdrawals and at the end they will come up with one excuse; either there is no service because of rains or revenues generated get exhausted, to the extent that many of the members come online to ask people to buy their accounts.

This mr Paul Samson has made millions of naira through this extortion and ignorantly some of the participants still praise him with the hope that one day they will get paid.
READ HOW TO CONTROL ONE'S EMOTIONS HERE
So this post is to call the attention of Nigerian youths to another incarnation of MMM, a ponzi scheme, before more people will get hurt. "A word is enough to the wise"

Have an ambition:
It is not surprising if you do not have any ambition yet. Probably, after considering how unfriendly to achieve one's desires your environment is or you think achieving an ambition is impossible since you were not born with a silver spoon.

I assure you today that you can attain any height in life, and you can even touch the moon, all you need to start with is having that ambition. Have an ambition and be sure that your ambition is inline with what you have passion for. With this, you are set to leave a fulfilling life.
HERE IS WHAT NO ONE TELLS LADIES ABOUT THE NEED TO RECHECK A MISCONCEPTION ABOUT  DECIDING ON WHOM TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES WITH.
Set your goal;
This is the stage where you set your target by thinking of the systems, process and structures to facilitate and achieve this end result, which is your ambition.

For example, if you want to become a Nigeria senator or president, you need to first think of how to join a political part and to know whom you will need to meet with to achieve it.

Set your plan:
This is the stage where you put how to achieve your ambition in writing. So here the process to achieve this target is captured in a note, for you to know how feasible the process is and to allow the process to be reviewed. Your plan must include a target date; when this ambition will be actualised.
If you need to learn a course or something as a part of the steps, the date you will start and finish the course will be stated in your plan. And this plan should be rechecked at least everyday or everyweek for a review to know if your goal objectives are being met -- if what you are doing at that point in time is in line with your plan.

Execute your plan:
Once your plan is ready, start putting the plan into effect and do not procrastinate.
Avoid spending your time on something  irrelevant to your plan. Surprisingly, law of attraction will now start working for you ; the people who will assist you to achieve this goal will start coming forth. And funnily you would never have met them if you had not started working on achieving your ambition.

Be persistent:
while carrying out your plan, do not be discouraged by the challenges you will encounter. Do not give up by the disappointment you will face.

No good thing comes easily. The bigger the ambition the tougher the challenges will be. You should always expect hurdles on your path to success, so you must never give up.

Choose the right friends:
Be selective when choosing the kind of people you associate with.
Always be with people of positive minds and not with naysayers, those who always have negative views in everything. Be with those who will always encourage and tell you why your plan will work out ,but not with those who will always have reasons while your plans will not work.

Be resilient:
I understand you will be dejected when your plan fails . I undertand you will feel like giving up when you are crushed with these worldly disappointment.
Not to worry everything will be alright. Try to learn how to stand on your feet on time after a fall. Try to learn how to withstand and quickly recover from your difficult situations. The ability to be on your feet quickly after a fall makes you a solder of life. Never give up. your motto should be "no retreat no surrender".

Be time conscious:
All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. So take some times off to play with your friends and family. And also do some exercise to keep your health intact.
But be time conscious. Do not spend more than  scheduled time on any activity.

Be prayerful:
If you believe in any God you can pray to him but if not it is not compulsory.
Just be truthful to yourself ,work hard and do not forget to comply with the law of the land. with all these, your ambition will be actualised.

CAN NIGERIA RECOVER HER LOST VALUES?

It's really painful that mankind is slowly losing his humanity. Fairness has become something of the past. Injustice and impunity are now a daily practice and seen as a norm that attracts no concerns.

YOU CAN CHECK THE QUALITIES OF A GOOD HUSBAND HERE.

This is evident from the incident I witnessed in a BRT bus recently :

No one is always allowed to sit at the box beside the driver's seat which houses the engine of the bus. When all the seats are occupied, all the passengers that come thereafter we take a standing.
So the seats were all occupied as the case was. The passengers who were coming in after were standing. And a few who made an attempt to sit at the box were rudely declined by the driver.

Surprisingly a set of two men came in and sat confidently at the box without any word from the driver.
That worried me, I decided to question the sense of fairness of this driver by asking him why the men were allowed to sit there. He said, "they are staffs".

Should anyone be excepted from the effectiveness of a policy?

And in the government too, there has been a public concern on the injustice displayed by President Buhari against the southerners.

He appointed Zainab Ahmed, a Northerner, as acting minister for finance after Kemi Adeosun ,
ZAINAB AHMED
a southerner, a formal Nigeria minister of finance, resigned due to the alleged NYSC certificate scandal, though there is another version of the story as to why she really resigned.

It was said that Kemi Adeosun refused to dance to the tunes of Buhari's people who needed an access to the Federal funds for the 2019 election.
                                                                      Kemi Adeosun
But that will be a topic for another day. The public concerns now border on why he didn't appoint another southerner to occupy the office.
So we can all see, that human beings have lost their way. The unethical deeds are now seen moral. The portrait of evil in the society is now being greeted with "tomb up".

I was once told that the Nigeria socioeconomic improvement and the eradication of corruption only lie in the hands of Nigeria leaders, obviously, not only in the hands of our leaders now, but in all the Nigeria citizens' hands

We need to bring back our lost values before everything will degenerate to anarchy.

HERE IS WHAT NO ONE TELLS LADIES ON THE NEED TO RECHECK A MISCONCEPTION ABOUT DECIDING ON WHOM TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES WITH.

A home disastrous notion has become a general belief which ladies nowadays consider as a benchmark to choose someone they spend the rest of their lives with. In this post an effort will be made to correct this misconception.
KINDLY READ HOW TO CONCUR THE WORDLY CHALLENGES.

A dealer narrated to me how he stated an affair with his customer's wife;
It was an early morning, when this dealer was in his customer's sitting room for a business transaction, as an agent that serves as an intermediary between those who want to sell their cars and who want to buy them. On this Faithful day he was there to buy a car. And something unexpectedly happened.
As the customer was counting the money paid to him by the agent, his wife was disturbingly going about the sitting room and secretly eyeing the agent. The agent, who is a pro in this act, quickly understood the signal, and cunningly  slipped his phone to the wife. The wife typed in her phone number and secretly returned the phone back. To cut the long story short, that was how the affair started.

So, why did she decide to cheat on her husband? That was the question that came to my mind after the agent finished his story. It was later revealed that she was avenging her husband's infidelity act.

The man has been a well-to-do man  before they got married and always there for her financially.

During the courtship, she noticed that her fiance used to cheat on her, but she was of the opinion that as long as the man could be financially
responsible in her life that she was fine with it.

Now, In the marriage , the husband couldn't help it but to become a serial cheater. The wife had tried several times to talk him out of  this act but obviously that didn't work. That was why she resorted to a mirror effect action - avenging her husband infidelity with the same act. She has forgotten now that she was once cool with it.

Though there are a lot of reasons why married people cheat, which i will not be able to cover in this post. But why can't one prevent what one knows will have a ruinous end from the beginning?

I only share this story in a bid to correct the notion of many ladies in which they express giving supports to their boyfriends who cheat on them as long as they continue catering for their needs, especially, financial ones.

I was once advised by an elderly man that no one should manage a woman to marry, marring someone you don't really like, probably after considering your social or financial status at that point in time.
Because no one knows what future holds for anyone.

So from the ladies ' perspective,  no lady should be cool with her boyfriend cheating on her because her needs are satisfied financially. How sure is she that she won't meet a man that will be there for her financially and still not cheat?

So it is high time ladies, especially in Nigeria, really adjusted their thinking concerning a notion that money answers every question when it comes to choosing someone they will spend the rest of their lives with.

To strike a balance, I will be discussing the qualities of a good husband in this post, since the qualities of good wife were discussed in the previous post.

Every good husband always looks for every means to keep his home but unkowingly one might be deviating from the right part. Below the qualites of a good husband will be discussed, and if  you see where you are lagging behind ,you need to adjust to avoid loosing your home.

1.Trust:
A good husband will always trust his wife. He will not stalk his wife by prying to her phone or secretely following her around to find out any evidence of cheating.
A good husband must avoid acting on what people tell him against his wife. If possible avoid listening to them, because this will create unnecessary suspicions that will later generate rift in the marriage.

2.Be there for your wife:
A good husband will always be there for his wife whenever she needs him. Even if he is really occupied with his busy schedule,

he must ensure he creates time to be with his wife. And at this point in time when your wife needs you, you must ensure you make her have the feeling that you have ''got her back'' by being attentive and exhibiting active listening when she voices out her worries or talk to you.

3.Acceping your wife for whom she is:
A good husband must love his wife's good qualities and accept her flaws too.

5. Always consult your wife:
When making decisions concerning the home, especially finacial decisions, your wife's opinions matter too.
Since both of you are a team, so factoring in her opinions in every decision making sends a signal that she is relevant and her views are also very important in the marriage and she will love you more for this.

6. Go on a date with her:
No matter how busy your schedule is , ensure you find time to spend quality time with your wife. Take her on a date and  also join her in the activities the she likes more than you do.

let her enjoin every minute of the time spent with her. Most importantly always ensure she is happy and you make your presence count whenever you are with her by doing or saying to her whatever you know makes her happy.

7. Meeting your responsibilities:

As a good husband, you must strive to always meet your family's financial responsibilies. Occationally, if you could not provide for your family financially for any reason, your wife will understand and support you.

8. Bring the best out of your wife:  Everybody has dreams and aspirations, avoid being the killer of your wife's dreams.
Support her in her dreams and always ensure to bring the best out of your wife. She will appreciate this gesture and love you more for it.

9. Be dependable:
As a good husband, you must be dependable and be relied upon by your wife.
You must ensure that your wife have the belief that your presence is significant  and will always soften (if not solve) her problems.
