THE 2018 AMVC'S AWARD WINNERS

At Eko Hotels and Suites Victoria Island lagos was held the 6th annual AMVC'S award that started with a red carpet at 4pm of Saturday.

The winners of the event normally emerge through public votes and this year's edition wasn't excepted. 

 Ghanaian actress and TV host, Joselyn Dumas and the Nigerian comedian and actor, Bovi already announced the nominees for the awards through a televised broadcast on all Africa Magic Channels, on DStv and GOtv on June 30.

The categories were 27 with more than 120 nominations. Filmmakers and actors  from all Africa countries including South Africa  Kenya, Malawi, Ghana and Nigeria were present at the event.

Best sound editor - Fatoke.

Best picture editor - 18 hours mark Maina.

Best lighting designer movies and TV series - Tatu - Akpe Ododoru- Tunde Akinniyi. 

Best cinematography movies and TV series - Okfor's law - Yinka Edward. 

Best costume and designer movie or TV series - Bessinone. 

Best short film / online video -  Akinrogunde. 

Best documentary - The flesh business - Dennis Wanjohi. 

Best makeup artist movie and TV series - Onilogbo.

Best art director - Lotanna-Tunji Afolayan.
